Pros

Will get a opportunity to work with good client base who are industry leaders and will get experience working on some challenging projects.

Cons

The company has achieved CMMI LEvel 5 but when it comes to consistently show discipline or process compliance this company would be worst among the other Big 5 Indian outsourcing companies. Very poor mid management and is highly biased and generally tend to follow a Lobby culture which can damage your career. There is no coaching/mentoring culture and performance review are left at Supervisors discretion which generally are ignored. Does not offer training opportunities to onshore Associates and has very poor compensation for onsite Associates. Lack of transparency in the performance evaluation and ever changing process leading to ambiguity and lack of trust within Employees. No tangible guidelines for reviews leaving the performance evaluation to supervisors perception and mood.

Pros

* They train new grads, so you get a lot of valuable training * Depending on the projects, it has the potential to have a good life balance *Hybrid and Remote opportunity Will recommend to get your foot in the door

Cons

* Pay is not very competitive. Needs improvement * Depending on some client projects, the work-life balance can also be very bad * The culture is horrible, the outlook and appearance of the company is so different than what is on the ground—cutthroat culture, pushing culture. * Sometimes it enables a rude and disrespectful culture * Career growth is very minimal * tend to hire lots of indians, and an indian dominated culture/circle can make a non indian feel left out
