Pros
For two years before working at Cognira, I felt understimulated and unimportant. In this role, I get to impact a broad area of the business and it feels like there's always something important that requires my attention. (I mean that in a very good way.) I am entirely trusted to get my work down and have never felt micromanaged here. Additionally, the team in Tunisia (especially the POPs team!) is wonderful to work with and I so appreciate the collaboration we have on creating a consistent employee experience all across our 5+ countries.
Cons
The time difference between offices means there's only a small overlapping window for communication each day. Cultural and generational differences between our employee base can make it challenging to interpret someone's meaning precisely.
