      1. Excellent infrastructure. 2. Very good on site opportunity though it depends on project. 3. Learning curve is extremely stripper from technology prospective, if you are in a development project but it comes with a price of extra effort and late working hours. 4. Approachable management and HR. 5. Excellent transport facility.

      Cons

      1. Salary hikes are quite on lower side but as per standard of all indian IT MNCs.
