Absolutely horrendous work culture and employee treatment for a ridiculous pay including: - Constant pressure and micro-management to reach unrealistic standards, all in the hopes of people viewing the company as a luxury spot - Toxic fast-food chain style work, completely dehumanizing for anyone who spends more than 30 seconds on the job - Permanent surveillance, review/feedback sessions, and waves of text communication past work hours - Zero willingness to adapt to any requirements from the staff, including how they might just get to work in the first place (you may or may not be moved to another shop from one week to the next) - Incredibly inappropriate comments from higher management, especially to female staff - Insane amounts of waste daily, that can not be donated under any circumstances - Misleading promises of progress within the company and bonuses that never actually come

If you don't have much experience and you love coffee is great place to work as they push you to be better every day and the people you work is from everywhere around the world, great to make friends.

It can be hard as sometimes you do a lot of hours and if you are in a higher position is more stressful as the place needs to be perfect all the time, and the service too, you're advice to be all day happy and smile and its great but sometimes after 10 hrs or 9 hours is not the same,
