Want to do truck loading, order pulling, restocking & driving… 4 jobs for the pay of 1? Then Codale is the company for you. A goofy operation trying to reinvent the wheel. I’ve been driving for 3 decades & this is the only place that can’t grasp the idea that if i’m a driver pulling orders, i can’t be on the road simultaneously delivering them. Hey lets have one guy build a pallet of materials then I have to tear it all apart to check the product. Clown operation. They seem to think 5 10 hour days with no breaks are a normal workweek.
