Pros
The benefits are great, and so is the brand name on the CV.
Cons
Leadership is non-existent except for the "big boss" at the top. Senior leaders are just following the boss as if he was a god. Even though they tend to be very smart, they are scared of saying their opinion of fear of what the person at the top might say. Of course this culture trickles down through all the ranks of the pyramid. General culture is horrible. There is no team work and people tend to spend far too much time talking badly about other employees - not a nice environment to be in.
