Pros
Freedom to manage your own schedule. Managers know that corporate doesn’t care about the workers so they are really supportive and they understand that it is impossible to do everything that corporate demands.
Cons
You work 12 hours with a 8 hours salary. They want to take away from us until the last penny. They have reduced our vacation time, car reimbursement, cellphone allowance, they fired 8 people as decreased the routes. And the sad thing is that they don’t care because we are just numbers for them. It is pretty sad because we used to be CCR that was an excellent company. Since we are CCBCC every month they change something to make our life more miserable.
