      Pros

      Small biotech company with few employees, so each could wear may hats and get involved in range of roles within each project.

      Cons

      Garage chemistry. Bad equipment. Extremely unsafe conditions. No formal SOP review. Virtually no change control or QA/QC. Business side very opaque to scientists and engineers.
