Pros
They pay staff on time, but cheat on commission payments regularly
Cons
The pretend to care for staff but hire and fire every year large numbers of employees around their peak season. The management wastes money on pointless consultants and tell staff to lie to clients when things go wrong to avoid paying compensation. They have a system called EOS which is supposed to provide effective management but instead wastes time and resources.
