Great culture across the different brands. Most impressive part of being at CoStar is Andy Florance, a no-nonsense yet down to earth leader that genuinely cares about the company and it's employees. I am proud to work at a company that is determined to do the right thing for customers, and take on competitors who are willing to abuse their customers for perceived profit.
Cons
Growth through acquisition can create unavoidable pains, such as forcing new brands to quickly move to new processes and systems. Enacting these changes while the new team members are already trying to rapidly grow their business acts as a stress multiplier.
