Thank you for your feedback. You’re right that there is room for improvement in some of the smaller markets, but as we focus first on meeting the needs of the more concentrated areas of the country, the improvements work their way out beyond major cities and into areas that still hold a lot of potential for CoStar Group.
Upper management regularly looks at feedback regarding compensation, and on a yearly basis makes changes to better incentivize the Sales department and show greater results for all those involved. Since your review, management has announced a new compensation plan for 2015, based on both the information we have received over the past year as well as the needs of a much larger Sales force than there was at the start of 2014.
