We appreciate your response, and I’m sorry to hear you did not have a positive experience at CoStar Group. We’ve been working to improve our employee experience, and have developed new ways to communicate the Company’s strategy and plans to all employees. It’s true that CoStar Group is a place where expectations are high, but we also consistently review our performance goals to ensure they are realistic. We want our people to succeed and offer ongoing training and coaching to help employees reach their goals.

- You're doing 3 jobs in one and the pay does not reflect that
- it is churn and burn. The average tenure here is 7 months
- Management doesn't know what's going on 3/4 of the time. It is all up to the CEO and he's on his private jet more than 3/4 of the time
