      Great company but need a bit of people “love” internally. - Manager In Digital Co-op Employee Review

      Pros

      Stable job. When you get to manager level, you are being listened and can see how your and your teams’ work is improving experience for our customers.

      Cons

      HR not very supportive in difficult situations - no clear direction. Technology and Systems are old, so working in digital you have to find a lot of work-arounds to be able to do your job at your best.

      Pros

      Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

      Cons

      Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
