Pros

Good holiday allowance, not too busy or high pressure. Colleagues at the same level are great to work with. Lots of other areas of the company to move to.

Cons

Low salary and disorganised management. They hire internally for new positions to save money but end up with people doing jobs they have no experience in.m, and it shows. Incentives schemes for bonuses are full of loopholes so we lose out

Pros

Team got on well, hours weren't particularly harsh (pay not particularly impressive either)

Cons

Overworked due to corporate ruthlessly cutting hours (while hiring more staff?), generally piling on more and more work to the store team without considering time constraints, absolutely no opportunity for advancement while a store manager is already there
