Pros

Good benefits . Flexible time off in winter

Cons

I worked 85 hours in 5.5 days, 9.5 hours on my final day. Attempted to take a 5 minute break to drink a soda and unwind. Had management's lap dog run at me like he was going to hit me and yelling at me that I needed to start listening. No idea where that came from. I never had an incident, no disciplinary actions, no verbal warnings, no damages. I'm college educated with vast amount of real world experience and an adult. No need for any yelling or behavior like that. Local farm boys run these co-ops, either you're in or not. They can only survive in small town USA. I left and never felt better. Benefits are not bad, pay not worth it, management is weak, and communication is non-existent.
