Pros
I love it here, I'm committed to staying with Clustrix until we go public. No overbearing micromanagement, extremely intelligent employees, and, the most social engineers I've ever come across. What I love most about Clustrix is the people that work here. When you spend 40 hours a week in an office, you want it to be with good people that you can laugh with who also work hard; that's really what makes this experience (aside from the revolutionary database we keep building on). Awesome people, free snacks, unlimited sick time, 3 weeks paid vacation for everybody, Happy Hours every Friday, Bagels every Wednesday, holiday parties, a pool table, guitar hero... there's not much to complain about.
Cons
The review process is almost non-existent and the office can be a ghost town because of the flexibility of people's schedules. Not much face time with San Jose, Seattle, and UK employees.
