Pros

the clients and their parents

Cons

company is disorganized and has no idea on how to support coaches and management does not follow protocols and/or company policies that coaches are required to follow. They do not use clear judgment when speaking with coaches. Management not available like they say because they all have other jobs that they clearly and often state is more important. They tend to side with one and not the other and base a decision on hearsay without acknowledging the other's opinion. It feels like a sorority and the owner is only interested in the bottom line. They do not support what they advertise on their website and basically allow 20 somethings to make decisions on how the company is run. Very disappointing because they do not walk the walk of their mission, they just talk the talk. Parents do not get what they sign up for and for the cost Parents deserve better! High turnover rate with management. The camps have to be the worst program I have ever experienced. Unprofessional and lack of team work. Place unnecessary control and rules on students that attend. They also teach incorrect behavior management tools and stand by their teachings which are what looked to be made up by whatever inexperienced counselor they have working decides. Horrible I would not recommend the camps by a long shot!
