I liked the extensive training, the support structure, the structure of all of the lessons and procedures that I was supposed to follow, and the people.

I had a classroom of students by myself as a freshman in college, ages as young as 4, so it was challenging to handle with no teaching experience. They also do not protect you too much from crazy parents: I had a parent who complained that I must have hit her child, but the child had in fact just colored on his face with a brown marker that she thought was a bruise.
