Seeing teammates help each other out and collaborate makes the day-to-day work smoother and more manageable.

A lot seems to depend on how upper management sees you. If you’re not in their good graces, it can show in the way you’re treated—less support, fewer chances to grow, and feedback that feels inconsistent or unclear. It doesn’t always feel like performance alone drives decisions, which can be frustrating if you’re putting in real effort. There are also moments where communication from leadership feels selective, and raising concerns doesn’t always lead to actual change. Over time, this can make people hesitant to speak up or unsure of where they stand. The company has potential and some good people, but the management dynamics and internal politics often take away from what could otherwise be a solid place to work.
