Pros

Great colleagues, remote work, PTO

Cons

I strongly advise potential candidates to reconsider applying to this company. While they promote a "family" culture, the reality is far from it. Employees are often blindsided by sudden terminations, with little to no warning. Here are a few key concerns: Toxic Culture: The company presents itself as a tight-knit community, but the actions behind the scenes paint a different picture. Loyalty and hard work are rarely recognized, and job security is a constant worry. Inequitable Compensation: Salaries are inconsistent, with noticeable disparities based on gender and location. The pay is already below industry standards, and these gaps make it even more disheartening. Ineffective HR: HR is not a resource for employees. In fact, anything shared with them can and will be used against you. Trusting them with your concerns often leads to further issues down the road. Self-Serving Leadership: Management is more concerned with safeguarding their own positions than supporting their teams. Employee well-being is low on their list of priorities. Lack of Diversity: The leadership is dominated by a homogeneous group with little regard for diverse perspectives. This results in constantly shifting priorities, leaving employees frustrated and directionless. In short, this company values optics over genuine care for its employees. While they might shine on LinkedIn or in the media, the reality inside is starkly different. If you’re looking for a place that values dedication and hard work, this is not it.

Pros

This can be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a high-performance environment. The focus is mainly on prospecting, cold outreach, and closing new business. I’ve improved my skills in running product demos and following up with potential clients. Plus, the technology is solid with interesting features and integrations.

Cons

Success isn’t automatic; building confidence in sales requires persistence and consistency.

Pros

Open PTO is a nice benefit and gives flexibility when you need time off, as long as you manage your work properly. It helps with work-life balance and is one of the better parts of the overall package. The people you work with on the same level are generally easy to work with and supportive. Seeing teammates help each other out and collaborate makes the day-to-day work smoother and more manageable.

Cons

Open PTO is nice and honestly one of the better benefits, but it also feels like the only real perk. Outside of that, internal politics are very noticeable and can heavily affect your experience. A lot seems to depend on how upper management sees you. If you’re not in their good graces, it can show in the way you’re treated—less support, fewer chances to grow, and feedback that feels inconsistent or unclear. It doesn’t always feel like performance alone drives decisions, which can be frustrating if you’re putting in real effort. There are also moments where communication from leadership feels selective, and raising concerns doesn’t always lead to actual change. Over time, this can make people hesitant to speak up or unsure of where they stand. The company has potential and some good people, but the management dynamics and internal politics often take away from what could otherwise be a solid place to work.
