Pros
Very laid back, work hard - play hard mentality. Open work environment.
Cons
Shifted product, vision, and roadmap too frequently. Major shifts as opposed to small successful pivots. Product was "too self-service" for the healthcare industry. Competitors in our space were the large enterprise health clouds which we couldn't compete against.
