Pros

- For the most part, you get to decide your own schedule. - Base pay is good. It's a 50/50 split. However, you won't be making OTE ever.

Cons

- You're selling to restaurant owners, so you definitely need to work evenings and weekends if you want to have valuable conversations. - The company has a bad reputation with lots of lawsuits and this gets in the way of closing opportunities. - Facilities are dirty and this also gets in the way of closing. - Several managers left the company, and half a year later they still haven't hired anyone. - Commission structure is against you. If 50% of their new customers churn (which is actually better than the industry average) then there's a 50% chance you don't get your full commission for each sale. Those are terrible odds. - Several outbound sales people have been laid off. They don't even mention them. We just stop seeing them in the meetings. - Even though there aren't that many internal meetings, they constantly get thrown onto the calendar and rescheduled last minute. - Nothing fun. The company rarely does sniffs and doesn't follow up with it.

Pros

I wish I believed the reviews before I joined- please read if you are thinking of going into sales. - I am sitting here trying to think of ONE - I liked my co- workers - Office is nice and has a gym with views - They pay for parking

Cons

- Zero ramp period, even though I was told there was one - No room to negotiate on a highly offensive base pay in LA in 2026 - Everyone is scared they will be put on a pip, not a positive sales environment - Leadership and management is a total mess. - Churn and burn culture - Pushing a product that did not morally feel good about in the current climate, most of our prospects are barely surviving off of their current B and M (tough sale with ICE and lots of biz failing) - the pay structure makes zero sense, if you want to make money, literally work anywhere else unless you plan on being here for 5+ years. - In person office everyday, M-F, 9-5 and for what? To cold call in a tiny booth all day long, not flexible to WFH - red flag your Case Study in the interview process is basically prep for a PIP????
