      Pros

      I've been working with Clorder for more than a year and I love every bit of it. I am respected and valued for the work I do. There is plenty of opportunity for everyone to grow with the company. Its a start up company therefore, there are numerous challenges and I enjoy to work towards solving those challenges.

      Cons

      Its a small company, therefore, everybody has to involve in all the processes but I believe, that's a great challenge and opportunity as it provides everyone to prove their caliber.

      Pros

      Clorder is a place where you have an opportunity to grow by learning new things everyday and offers flexibility in terms of work and timings and provides a 100% employee satisfaction . I have been working past 1.5 months and have had a nice experience .

      Cons

      In my opinion Team structuring and team coordination is the area where Clorder can improve .
