"CLIQZ values" matches core human values of open communication, giving your best, continuously learn and teach etc. - We are encouraged to take initiative, be caretakers and break things in the process. We celebrate making mistakes. This gives us the opportunity to be innovative and make a change. - And it's not all work and no play - we get so many socializing opportunities like stammtisch, cultural night, team breakfast, summer party, loads of chocolates, pizzas and drinks :)

Being a startup, we have to do lots of trial-and-errors. For some people it may look a bit unstructured and lack of vision. However, on a positive note, we enjoy to try out the endless opportunities and overall we're making good progress.
