- Nice team, regular employees really nice people. I’m happy to worked with them.

Cons
- the worst C-level I have ever worked with
- money at the first place for owners. Quality of MEDICAL product doesn’t matter here
- CTO is not technical person, without understanding of developing process
- CEO is nuts. Always tries to reach something from employees using threats.
- You will always feel that you are humiliated, but C -level - kings.
- company doent care about employees and their feelings
- overtimes guaranteed. You will work at nights, on weekends, even on vacation! Because of gap in processes
- C-level doesn’t hear that product is not ready for delivering to customers. Even if this product can kills patients
- not enough resources in development team
- company can fire you because of any trifle (answer not as they want, say true about process, trying to improve something)
- salary is not so good and you CANT ask a salary review
- hire not smart and experienced workers through family/friend connections
- fire really good workers with high experience
- big problems in the working processes
- ignoring any of your problems
