Cons
Management is top heavy, no staff because of the high turnover. Low pay, horrible benefits, no perks, no diversity inclusion, borderline racism, poor breakroom, delusional President who doesn’t see a turnover issue. Yes, although pay was low, people still look elsewhere and leave because of poor management. So, although you added undeserving raises because you are blind, you fail to see or question the real issue…MANAGEMENT!
