Working at Clealrink is like Playing Russian Roulette, Daily. Commission structures CONSTANTLY change, so people don't know how to maximize their opportunity. The turnover is insane. Management is constantly changing, so people never get to develop meaningful work relationships. C-Level executives are non existent, and/or checked out. Big decisions are made daily without getting smarter people involved. SVP's and VP's make the most confusing decisions I've ever seen. It's exhausting. You will not get promoted unless you are in the "Boys/Girls Club". There are a few major clicks, that if you aren't a part of, you're out.
