Pros
Nice office, Decent benefits, can’t think of anything else.
Cons
There are no defined processes here. You will find yourself manually tracking fulfillment, and hear multiple different answers of how to do something. I made a mistake due to management failing to provide proper direction on a process, and was made the fall guy for the new manager that took over roughly a month ago. Mind you, the director of my department who hired me “quit” in my 4th week of being with the company following a disagreement with the company’s CEO. For the majority of my tenure I did not have a manager, therefore no guidance/training for 90% of my time with the company. Also when I say training, I am specifically referring to learning ClearVoice’s processes, not general CSM duties you can expect in any CSM role. I was fired for not understanding a process, (one I had proactively sought training for). I had multiple meetings for that training get “rescheduled” and ultimately went into the meeting I was fired in expecting to finally receive that training. I was not given any notice, or any indication my performance was not sufficient, as I had always asked about my performance in prior 1:1 meetings with leadership and was told “you’re doing good work, keep it up.” I was completely blindsided, and wasn’t given an opportunity to take corrective action. I was also told there were other factors about my performance regarding the decision to let me go, though I was not given any specific examples when I pressed for more information. They will be your friend until your boss makes a mistake and needs to pass the blame for a mismanaged department and churning customers. Sales reps oversell and over promise ClearVoices services and you’ll be left putting out those fires, while management turns to you for answers they don’t have themselves.
