Reasonable on-the-job Training, operations spread across silos, great exposure to everything Microsoft. Diverse portfolio of clients to support. Cons
Confusing Management structure. Account Executives promise the sun, moon, and stars to clients, despite there being no way to do what they promised. Company seemed to be cutting costs and pumping revenue in order to sell, though this plan seems to have gone by the wayside since I left. Disclaimer: Old contacts have told me things have improved.
