Excellent leadership, Great Culture, Opportunity to work for a start-up with a family atmosphere, and a work environment where they try and help the business owner with customer service and guidance.

At this point of time, I have no cons-if you are not flexible, and can pivot quickly, this is not the opportunity. star-ups are what they are.

The people that have been here for years and the new people that bring in unbiased knowledge and new skills.

Very lean organization but good leadership makes up for it.
