The Clear water Inc of Appco group is a fake company. They recruit Engineering graduates and MBA graduates and in the name of social work and raising funds for NGOs they motivate and make their employees to collect money from everyone and everywhere for there fake organization. It is not a registered company. It is not registered with MCA (Ministry of corporate Affairs). They have started many companies like this but they are all fake. They recruit employees as Business Associate and motivate them by saying that they can become an entrepreneur and clear water inc will help them to open their own company. Even there is no fixed pay for the employees. Pay depends on the amount collected by an employee in the name of social work (only small part of collection will be paid to employees as their salary). There is no production in the organization. The entire organization runs on the collected money (in the name of social work).
