1. it relies on NCP (New comers program) where they hire for free of cost for 3 months then fire them with no reason. 2. no work ethics nor work culture, hiring & firing is common practice for them. 3. they have fired people who worked for more than 10years without any specific reason just to lower their costs without proper information.

Can be good if you enjoy remote work

Does not seem to care about employees. Management does not care to get to know you or make sure you succeed. Hiring and firing is common.
