Pros

It's great to work for a CEO whose passion filters through every aspect of the company. He has a clear vision of what he wants Clear Financial Partners to be and to become in the future. I love that my job gets to further the vision Clear Financial Partners and Tim Clairmont. We take excellent care of our clients!! We plan events for them several times a year, host workshops, and treat them like family. Every day is a new challenge. You might be taking on a new project, creating a new process, but also doing the day to day activities that keep a business successful. We bring in lunch regularly, celebrate birthdays in a big way and plan a yearly staff retreat where we spend the day out of the office doing fun and exciting things! We have a fully stocked break room so you don't even need to leave the office during the day for a snack or caffeine fix! You do have to work extremely hard, but you are only expected to work 40 hours a week. No overtime! Work/Life balance is very important to Clear Financial Partners. Excellent health benefits, paid holidays and 2 weeks vacation are available after 90 days of employment. After 1 year of employment you are eligible to participate in the company 401K plan. If you are willing to put in the hard work, do everything exactly as you are asked by management, participate in making the vision of Clear Financial Partners come to fruition and want to build a thriving career in a growing business, then this is the place for you!

Cons

When employees are not pulling their weight or performing to the expected level, they will not last. Unfortunately prospects tend to oversell themselves in interviews and once they are on staff and 'in the trenches' they cannot cut it. When we are dealing with clients' money and retirement we have to run a tight ship. If you are not willing to work hard and do exactly as you are asked, then this might not be the right fit for you.

Pros

The other staff that work there are professional, friendly and nice to work with.

Cons

You can read all the bad reviews and decide to take it with a grain of salt, give it a chance and make your own decision. Maybe people before were entitled and didn't want to do what was asked. Who knows, right? Well the office manager seemed nice at first but you could pretty quickly start to see how badly everyone is treated. Other people are always to blame for anything that happens and the complaints are constant. The poor delivery guys are yelled at because they come in the front door to deliver a package. You can hear yelling in the office even though the door is shut. The manager is mean and disrespectful to everyone except for the clients. You’re told "exactly" what to do and then later that you did it wrong. It will be announced that you've done something wrong when the other staff is around to hear it, intending to make you look bad, even though your work was correct when it was checked. Or, you’ll be given things to do without any instruction and then tell you that you were wrong. You're cut off constantly so that you are never allowed to finish a sentence. You can't speak, just listen and do "exactly" what you're told. You'll also be told that the other staff have complained about you. The biggest takeaways are that the manager wants you to do EXACTLY what you're told, meaning really to be a robot. Do not ask a question or you will be lit up. Do not try to take initiative to be helpful or you will be lit up. You will be gaslighted, disrespected and treated like a child. There just seems to be a need to treat people badly for whatever reason. The manager can't get out of her own way or represent the company well at all in management style or professional appearance. But mostly, the childish tyrant behavior could eventually affect this successful company and everything that's been built. There is a reason that all the desks are empty and that there are only 1 star reviews except for the one 5 star that she wrote. So believe these reviews since they are consistent and know that you are so much better and smarter than to work for an abusive, unprofessional, low-class management style.
