Casual attire, comfortable work setting, flexibility, vacation, sick time and personal time
Cons
Raises "frozen", company policy restricts holiday parties to only $25 per employee, not including employees spouses. No incentive but lots of work dumped on to you. Company is more interested in making money and buying other companies than taking care of their employees.
