Pros

A free crash course on how to blow through VC capital, hire your former cronies, and offload knowledgeable people to hire instead a phone farm that services multiple corporate clients simultaneously, bringing your NPS score into the toilet.

Cons

Class Technologies is the unholy offspring of corporate greed and managerial incompetence. Imagine a company so riddled with deceit, mismanagement, and employee mistreatment that it makes the Titanic look like a minor boating accident. Welcome to Class Technologies, the Chernobyl of the business world. Our beloved leaders treat employees with the same care and respect as a bull in a china shop. They actively mock and fire those who dare to provide feedback or champion diversity and inclusion. If you've ever dreamed of working in a toxic wasteland where your opinions are worth less than dirt, you're in for a treat! Upper management's modus operandi is to lie through their teeth, backstab, and manipulate. They're so proficient at it that they could write a best-selling book on corporate treachery. Employees are mere pawns in their twisted game of profit, disposable and replaceable at their whim. The company's crowning achievements include blowing $200 million on a fruitless acquisition, laying off employees like it's going out of style, and peddling a broken product as if it were a miracle cure. It's truly a masterclass in how to run a company into the ground.

Pros

Great founder, leadership team, peers. Mission-drive opportunity.

Cons

Competing priorities but I'm aware this applies to most startups.

Pros

Class is backed by prominent Zoom board members and investors, including current Zoom board member Santi Subotovsky, and education and technology leaders like SoftBank.

Cons

Anyone who has actually worked here will tell you that the C-Suite people are the worst. They make awful decisions and push their will on employees. They also hire people in bunches and then fire them for no reason. It was a terrible mess. They tried to hide their incompetence, but most of us could see through that easily. They even made fake promises of changing things moving forward, but that never happened. Most employees still live with the fear of layoffs there. These horrible people also set insane quotas and expected employees to meet those quotas by using any possible means. It was terribly stressful to try to meet the unrealistic goals. I walked away when I realized they wouldn't change or be reasonable.
