6yWe are glad to hear that the starting pay is agreeable as we strive to stay competitive and are willing to pay for quality services. Client cancellations are an unavoidable fact and is something that we address at the service line level as well as statewide. Our main consideration is that we remain focused on improving consistent services to the clients and families we serve. We are appreciative of your feedback as training and support are the backbone of what we do, and we have an ongoing plan to support and improve upon our staff's experience and training.
