The team at Clark Service Group is always trying to grow and improve, sending employees for training, providing training in-house, and investing money back into their team.

Cons

The hours can be long and employees need to be flexible in an industry is always changing.

Pros

Pay is great. Management is very flexible if you communicate honestly with them. Paid time off and sick pay are generous and start after 60 days. They have a working open door policy - owner and upper level management will discuss any issue with any employee.

Cons

Most field personnel have to be on call at certain times, but double time for weekend work and time and half for after hours on weekdays help to take the sting out of that. Unfortunately, commercial kitchen equipment does not know what time or day it is.

Steady work, PTO is good, Health benefits are ok. Company truck for technicians, Family run company-

Cons

Type of work leads to long days, inconsistent work hours, on-call, Family run company so somethings are difficult to escalate and get resolved since upper management is family.
