Implements change slowly, but management acknowledges this and is trying to change.

The people are very nice and you will not have any problems with the other employees. You can also get along with them very well and make a good team.

The company is small and just started growing. So in this regard there are some issues with how things are organised. But if everyone is doing their job and is enough communication, than things run well.
