- fully remote - lots of kind & humble people who are trying their best

Cons

- product is buggy and basic features customers need to use the tool effectively are not prioritized. Small Eng team can’t keep up - lots of reorgs. Constantly changing environment - boys club at the c-level. - lack of company vision and goals. Constant waiting for unveiling of new mission & values that reflect market conditions. - no DEI goals. Very few women in leadership with lower titles than male counterparts. No people of minority backgrounds in leadership or managerial positions at all. ~75% male org

Pros

Robust documentation and processes with the ability to build. Very impressive for a start-up. HR department is probably the strongest I've seen in my career. The people are phenomenal and everyone is approachable. Culture is a lot of fun. Excellent product with great reviews on G2. Unlimited PTO. Your opinion and contributions really do matter here. The negative reviews seem to be left by former employees who were not able to adapt.

Cons

None that I can think of! Keep doing what you're doing. Allowing all employees to keep contributing and add value is going to be the key to accelerating this company! Well done!

culture was outstanding. team camaraderie was fantastic. decent product, but we didn't move fast enough to meet the market moment.

Cons

Moved too slow and didn't iterate fast enough. A few bad leadership hires that killed morale. They fixed that but it was too late.
