Pros
They have a wonderful work environment that pushes you to want to be more and do more! They allow you to be creative yet still learn how to manage deadlines and customer requirements. It is very customer focused and allows you to really feel like you are part of the team and making an impact!
Cons
At the time I worked there the only con was that I was not able to use software development technologies I was hoping to use such as React or Vue. Although there were other roles that used Django so that was good. I am aware that this has improved though and they have started utilizing industry standard technologies!
