Pros
Aside from a decent office location and interior, it’s honestly difficult to find even five good things to say about this company. The only positive part is that you’ll quickly learn how a company should not be run.
Cons
This is hands down one of the worst kinds of workplaces there is.
The owner runs the company like a dictator — coming and going whenever he pleases, forcing employees to stay late into midnight (sometimes even beyond 12 AM) without any valid reason or actual work progress.
There is no structured workflow, no clear project direction, and no ethics in management. Much of the company’s activity revolves around trying to extract money from wealthy clients to pay off their massive debt (rumored to exceed 400 crore BDT).
Salaries are rarely paid on time — sometimes delayed by months or not paid at all. I personally went without salary for three months before resigning. Even after resignation, I had to chase them for two more months to get my pending payments. Eventually, I received one month’s salary after three months through a post-dated cheque, which bounced — and I finally got the money eight months later.
Employees are even made to pay for their own tea and coffee at the office. Only drinking water is free — and sometimes even that runs out.
There’s no fixed office timing, no work-life balance, and absolutely zero respect for employees. Working 14–15 hours a day without overtime pay is considered “normal.” If anyone raises questions or asks for their salary, they are immediately terminated without notice.
This company has no job security, no transparency, and no professional ethics.
