      constantly changing policies, no respect for staff, owners put dollar first, new management hires personal friends, staff not paid a living wage, under staffed, department heads constantly being changed, constant change of working staff,

      Pros

      Great privately owned facility! The GM is very eager to build a high performing team. Reward and recognition are of great importance to her and her management team. She has made some great changes and continues to enhance the employee and client experiences. Wonderful place to work and clients are well taken care of, lots of wonderful activities and celebrations. Great job.
