      I really do not have any pros for this company I have worked for 4 mortgage companies in 20 years and this was the bottom of the bucket for me. my previous owners chose to join this company and they found it was a bad mistake for the company also.

      Cons

      the management has no clue the over promise and under deliver would never recommend them to anyone

      Some of the best people work in this company which makes life more pleasant!

      For me, it was too far to commute but for the most part I was able to work remote from home.
