- Constant fear of losing your job even though you’re overachieving. When you do overachieve past target, it won’t matter anyway because the company only celebrates success from the regional sales team. - Despite having defined rules against stealing sales and commission from other staff members, it’s never actually put into practice and when you do raise a complaint, you’ll get a warning. - Almost all of the UK sales team have been completely let go, having 50+ staff members down to about ten. Whether you’ve chosen to leave or have been let go, they’ll play the blame game and tell everyone you were awful at your job despite this being the total opposite - Absolutely no training with any systems, it’s up to you to learn on the job - No support from any other department outside of your own immediate team despite the fact that half the time you can’t do your day to day because other areas of the business are failing - No honesty from any senior management - literal lies to your face The list goes on and on and on. If you want your mental health to take a rapid decline and make you physically ill this is the place for you!
