Pros
Car and fuel card, flexible hours. RSMs are lovely, know their stuff and are really helpful. Learnt more on the job than in a hotel for a week.
Cons
Activity expected is ridiculous. Management focus on appointments rather than actual hot leads and sales not flexible on price would rather lose a sale than drop a 1p. Training is terrible and days out with trainers on the road is awful they havent got a clue about selling and are patronising. RSM's are brilliant but upper management needs a full revamp.
