Toxic environment. Management are complete bullies. Harassing and bullying staff. 2 managers gang up on phone calls. Never by email as not to have it writing. Trying to intimidate and bully. Appears that staff are terrified of higher management. HR are useless and try to back out of agreed holidays (before joining) when you start working there. Inflexible with days in office. Their way or the high way. Horrible culture. Overtime expected at the drop of a hat.
