      - Stepping stone to the financial industry - Pool of fresh graduates - Helpful and friendly seniors/colleagues

      Cons

      - Team with overseas clients would be required to OT a lot (when your day shift ends the Local Office overseas start their shift) - Overloaded when getting better at the job - No bonus - Work proceeds as normal on public holidays - No career prospect

      The client focused nature of our business does sometimes lead to longer working hours than we would otherwise like.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
