      Pros

      I work with an excellent team who give me support as well as the space to learn. I have opportunities to get involved in varied work, which keeps it interesting. I am trusted to deal with senior people in the organisation and present the work I have done. The people are friendly and welcoming. Great office location.

      Cons

      Nothing different from other companies.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
