Thank you for your feedback. I was happy to read your comments regarding Citco’s fun work culture. We recognize there is a lot of work to be done, but it’s important that our hardworking teams get to enjoy some downtime together as well. You also mention some great points on where Citco could improve. As an organization we recognize that our managers play a very important role in our organization to ensure that our employees have the resources and tools to perform their roles successfully. This year we launched a leadership training program for our people leader positions. We have invested a great deal of time into this program to ensure that Managers are able to support and recognize their employees for the hard work that they are doing. This will continue to be a top priority moving into 2019. Thank you again for taking the time to leave your feedback we wish you all the best.
Thank you for the 5 star review,
It is great see you experiencing our work culture and the camaraderie you have with your colleagues.
We would also encourage you to explore more internal communication channels available to you to address your specific concerns.
Thank you for sharing comments and for the 5 star review!
Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.
Cons
Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you.
80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
