      Pros

      Free coffee and even that became a negative. It's free people stop complaining!

      Cons

      Human Resources is a joke. Nothing is followed up on and there in nothing going stays confidential.Un professional loud mouth bullies become vice presidents! People who do nothing get promoted and praised while others just get more work. The pay is a joke.

      Pros

      Great team members, love the remote working environment, and recognition for hard work is common. The company is doing very well managing through the tough economic environment even though difficult decisions are being made to adjust to the marketfluctuations.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to stay connected with remote work and some leaders are better at it than others. More consistent communications from the top would be ideal.

      Remote work, good people, unlimited time off if you are able to use it.

      Cons

      Little recognition for people who put in long hours and want the company to succeed. 2% annual raises don't offset cost of living increases.
