The previous review is most likely written by either the mother or the daughter. Definitely not a staff working for the firm because no one in there/from there will ever write such a thing.. There are no pros working for this mother and daughter duo. The only pros I can think about and relate is patience training. If you can take daily insults well and work well with someone who forgets their own instruction, you can work for them

When someone resigns, they don't replace the headcount anymore. They will get existing staff to cover up the work without pay increment and mention that it is all part of "the firm's job". There are not enough lawyers at all and most of the transactions are not smooth at all. Menopause hitting super hard on the older Lim. It gets worst everyday and honestly nobody should be belittled, insulted and screamed at everyday.
